In addition, please include (1) provide a short statement explaining your reason(s) for cancelling/ what wasn’t working for you and (2) include your completed homework for modules one and two. Please include the following additional information in your e-mail: your full name, your phone number, your email address; and the date and city of the event that you attended or date you purchased the course online. After your submission, our team will review your cancellation request and will contact you with additional instructions on how to complete the return process.
